Middlesex Solutions is owned and operated by Ryan Francis, an IT Systems Support Technician with more then 6 yrs experience in supporting and servicing IT systems. Our concept is to bring our wide range of services and high level of support to residential users and small businesses so the client doesn’t have the hassle of transporting their computer system to and from locations ensuring minimal downtime. Our aim is to provide a professional, reliable, efficient & effective service in a timely fashion and at a very competitive price.

What do we charge?
We do not wish to make things complicated so rather then offer lots of confusing and expensive service and support packages and pricing plans like our competitors we simply charge £15.00 per hour (07:00 – 21:59) or £25.00 per hour (22:00 – 06:59) and no call out fee to the following areas:

Ashford – East Bedfont – Feltham – Hampton – Hampton Wick – Hanworth – Hounslow – Laleham – Littleton – Shepperton – Staines – Stanwell- Sunbury - Teddington

If you are outside of the above areas then there will be a call out fee of £20.00.
