Telecomplus have just announced to the City that they have signed a long term service management agreement with npower.
As part of this transaction npower have taken an option to acquire a shareholding of 29% in Telecomplus, which they can exercise in just under four years time.
This means that they may choose to buy control of Telecomplus at that time.
The management services agreement with npower is for a minimum of five years.
Any further news will be made available as soon as it is announced.
