After 2 torrid years the companies shares have dropped 70% but a recovery looks to be on the cards.
In February 2006 Telecom plus managed to sell its energy contracts to N Power and it has since not looked back and returned to profitability.

Telecomplus has a unique referral system for attracting new customers. It also has a fully intergrated billing system which means lower administration costs and a low churn rate of 1.5% which compared with the industry rate of 5% is quite amazing.
